Jehan Izhar (known on stage as Jypsy Wild) is a professional athletic coach and performer who specializes in working with aerial artists. She has a degree in theater from UC Santa Barbara and a Masters degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. She is a 500hr certified yoga teacher and has over 10 years of experience working as a movement coach. Her experience ranges from injury prevention & rehabilitation, sport specific exercise program development, and yoga therapy. She has written curriculum for three teacher training programs and has taught for two collegiate kinesiology departments. She is a gold medal winning pole performer and she writes, direct, and produces circus theater shows at her studio: Jypsy’s Performing Arts. Jehan’s passion is for working with aspiring performers and giving them the tools to make their on-stage dreams a reality.
