Elisabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Minnesota and a Clinical Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from Mayo Clinic. She is a credentialed lymphedema therapist through the Lymphology Association of North America (CLT-LANA). She currently works as a Physical Therapist treating a wide variety of individuals and conditions. Elisabeth has been involved in the dance community for over 20 years as a performer, coach/teacher and ongoing advocate for safe training and rehabilitation. She has been part of the pole and aerial fitness community for over 5 years as a performer, competitor and instructor. Her passions lie in helping her clients achieve their fitness and wellbeing goals in a safe and effective way.
