If you would like to cover the cost of your team's online self-guided learning, we suggest offering a reimbursement plan that requires presentation of certificates of completion.

1-Day Course: $650 payment in full to reserve your course dates.
2-Day Course: 50% deposit of $650 to reserve your course dates. The remaining 50% course fee is due Day 1 of the course.

The course can be run on weekdays or weekends; based on your studio space availability. Class is typically 8am-5pm; time changes can be coordinated in advance per studio scheduling needs. The lectures can be completed out of the pole/aerial space to accommodate any of your studios regularly scheduled classes.
Please talk to your staff about availability to attend a course, and provide us with preferred dates that work best for you and your team.
The practical component of the curriculum can be catered to pole, aerial apparatus, or both; per your preference to meet the needs of your staff and equipment availability.
AV-Equipment
WiFi: broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE), 25 Mbps download speed range and at least 3 Mbps upload speed
Laptop that can connect to appropriate sound/speakers/TV for your space
Speakers and a microphone – built-in, USB plug-in, or wireless Bluetooth
A webcam or HD webcam - built-in or USB plug-in
Large TV or Projector (at least 3000 lumen)
Small table for lap-top & projector with accessible power outlet
External wireless mouse & keyboard not required but recommenced to provide freedom of movement
Blank wall space or hanging a sheet for video projection
You may choose to have AV set-up in multiple spaces (pole & aerial room)
We suggest completing an AV test in your studio through zoom prior to the course.
Additional small equipment
Mats, towels, bands, blocks, balls may be required depending on your course selection
If enough equipment is not available, you can request that participants provide their own block/mat/towels.

For live courses we request that the studio provide water, coffee, & energizing snacks for the course participants. A healthy fuel supply is essential, as we will be working our brains & bodies.
You can request your participants bring sustenance to share.
Upon completion of your course, your studio will be added to the list of qualified pole and aerial studios around the world.
